My new favorite quilt

It's finally finished!! I'm in love with it. It's filled with my favorite fabrics, and critters, and, most importantly, makes me smile!

It isn't completely finished, and knowing me, probably won't be for another year, or at least three months. It is made up of four blocks of five different patterns (this is because I've finally come to the realization that I can get four of the same blocks done until I get bored and have to put it away).

Because it's my new favorite I have to enter it into the awesome quilt festival that closes today. I hope i'm not too late...

If you don't know about it click on the picture above and hopefully you have time to enter as well!

I didn't know you got some of the Jay McCarroll fabric! He is my all time favorite winner on Project Runway. The quilt is stunning. You rock!

I love the quilt. The fact that you have wonky squares and very straight windmills and then just simple other blocks with varios patterns in them makes the quilt very interesting to the eye.
