Finally Finished
Well... aside from the quilting and binding. But After all the time I've spent on this quilt I think I need a break from it.

Thanks for the link to the tutorial! Your 2 quilts look gorgeous. As for backing, why don't you do white with a pieced feature?
They look fantastic! I'm thinking something orange for the first one, and something green for the second. But I say green only because it's my color, pink would look just as good. Have you thought about using flannel? Make it deliciously soft on the back...

Oh yeah. The pink and green is just as glorious as I imagined! Blue and orange is fantastic too of course, but the second one is fresher colors for you. mmmmm. You know how I feel about pieced backings! :) I would suggest doing white with one or two strips or little blocks, like One Flew Over said.
I think the apples woudl be good for both or one. the tiny apples from farmers market. Orange for the orange and blue one and pink for the pink and green one. Yes, you'll have to get more. I can just here you now..
